Your Appointment

When you come for your appointment please ensure you bring the following:

  • Health Fund Card
  • Medicare Card (If you are using the Child Dental Benefit Scheme)
  • Child Dental Benefit Scheme Letter
  • Bring your completed New Patient Form / Emergency Form if applicable.

If you need to cancel an appointment

Call (02) 4285 1222 during business hours, if you call after hours please leave a voicemail and we will call you the following business day.

Please allow at least 1 day’s notice so that we can offer your appointment time to other patients.

We recognise that your time is valuable, and we make every effort to run on time. Occasionally emergencies or patients require a little more time, and these cause scheduling delays beyond our control. We apologise if we keep you waiting.


Your First Visit

Your first visit at Confident Health Care will include a thorough examination of your current oral health and x-rays if necessary.

We understand your time is important, and we will try to be as punctual as possible. To help with this, you can complete in advance and bring along with you our New Patient and or your Emergency form. Please click on the above link to download these forms.
